In an exclusive interview with TheNetng, the first wife of Who Wants To Be A Millionaire’ host Frank Edoho, Katherine Obiang talked about her marriage to Frank, their ongoing divorce, how Frank used to beat her up and other interesting family issues.

How are your kids?

They are great.

And how are they taking the whole divorce issue?

We are not really divorced. It’s still a work-in-progress kind of thing but we are taking it well. When its time for him to see the children, he does and when its time to return them, he does. On my part, I 

have carried the children along and make them understand they are not stained because of it. I wouldn't want them to develop a complex because of it. We didn’t design for these things to happen but they do. It's like people who have lost their parents, they didn’t plan for it but they have to move on. I watch them and I think they are doing pretty okay especially because we talk about it every time there is a reason to. 

You mentioned that you aren’t really divorced. Does that suggest possibility of reconciliation?

What have you benefitted from them?

What else is the purpose of going into so-called projects? I guess money and fame? So I benefitted that from them. Case closed.

How do you feel that many Nigerians are not pleased with your brazenness?

Brazenness? Oh no you didn’t! I can’t believe anybody even uses that word. For your info, it’s only about 15% of Nigerians that pretend not to like it but guess what, they chase me around, follow me around, if they don’t really like what I do, why follow me around? It’s only because they are hypocrites.

Houston chef Lyndell Locke, said he dated Beyonce for nine years, and she was a good girl from a Christian home who didn't believe in sex before marriage. As Beyonce’s career began taking off, Lyndell felt as though he couldn’t hold out anymore and he cheated on Bey, which caused her to eventually dump him. That, and she met another guy who goes by the name of Shawn Carter :)   Now, over 12 years or so later, Lyndell is reminiscing on his former relationship with Bey, while saying, “Beyonce was the most beautiful girl I’d ever seen. . . and she’d still be mine if I’d not cheated on her.”

UNIBEN's Vice-Chancellor, Professor Osayuki Oshodin Speaks On Sacked Lecturers: ''I was poisoned by these people''

University of Benin (UNIBEN) Governing Council recently sacked 44 staff of the institution allegedly involved in allegations that bordered on gross misconduct...see the names of the affected staff HERE.  But since the decision was taken, the Vice-Chancellor of the university, Professor Osayuki Oshodin, says he has not had peace. Recuperating from alleged food poisoning, he raised the alarm that some of those sacked by the university Council were after his life.
Prof. Oshodin alleges that some of the sacked staff were involved in sexual harassment, extortion and fake admissions which resulted in the rustication of 142 students...see what he said below:
We learnt your life is being threatened and that you were even poisoned recently?

Yes I have been passing through hell but I am not afraid God is my protector. It is these people that lost their jobs that are threatening my life and, as we are speaking, they have not given up. So if anything happens to me, all of them should be held responsible, especially one particular man who is fond of writing frivolous petitions. He is being used, others are hiding under him to perpetrate the crime but we know all of them. 

The problem is that there was so much corruption in the university before I took over as VC and they wanted me to do it the way they ran the place before and I said no. I want this place to develop, I have more at stake in this university than any one of them. I know how the land was given to the Federal Government for the university to be sited there, part of it is my family land. 

There was no compensation paid to us, but we did not make noise about it, yet some persons think they can colonize the place with their corrupt practices. I was even poisoned by these people but I survived.
